Tiger Stone insulated 250 mm or 200 mm. AAC is the only system that beats us on raw λ but costs +30–50%.

Internal partition, generic office?

Tiger Stone hollow 150 mm. AAC is overkill; CLC is fine if the supplier has UAE EPS-data on file.
