1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect
When you submit a quote or contact form, we receive: your full name, company, role (optional), email, phone number, project type, delivery emirate, line items, delivery address, preferred date and channel. When you visit the site, we receive technical data (IP address, user agent, locale) and aggregate analytics data.
3. Why we process it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, schedule delivery, comply with UAE accounting and tax obligations, and improve our website. We do not sell your data to third parties.
4. How long we keep it
Quote and order data: up to 7 years from the last interaction (UAE FTA / commercial-records requirement). Marketing communications: until you unsubscribe. Analytics: aggregated and retained no longer than 26 months.
5. Your rights
Under UAE PDPL you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data; you may withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time; you may lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office. To exercise any of these rights, email tigrankhachatryan1975@gmail.com.
6. Service providers
We use Resend (transactional email), Vercel (hosting + analytics), Sanity (CMS) and Google Maps (embedded map). Each is bound by a data-processing agreement and is used only to operate this site.
