You may use product datasheets and CAD/BIM files for the purpose of specifying Tiger Stone products in your projects. All other use requires written permission.
3. Quotations and orders
Quotations issued via the site are non-binding offers and remain valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. Final pricing, lead time and delivery terms are confirmed in a written purchase order signed by both parties.
4. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by UAE law, Tiger Stone is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or its content. Liability for direct losses is limited to the value of the order to which the loss relates.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Umm Al Quwain. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
