International reference standard for the dimensions, strength classes and absorption limits of hollow and solid loadbearing concrete blocks. We use it as the baseline for our hollow and solid SKUs.

European specification used in UAE specifier packs for lightweight and dense concrete blocks. Covers configuration, tolerances and declared properties — what your consultant typically lists in the BOQ.

We manufacture against the masonry sections referenced in current Dubai Municipality circulars and the UAE Fire & Life Safety Code. Where a project specifies a higher class, we batch to that class.

For non-loadbearing wall assemblies we follow the test methodology behind UAE Civil Defence fire-rating tables. Required fire ratings are confirmed at quote stage.

Each batch is checked for dimensional tolerance, density, water absorption and 28-day compressive strength on sample cubes. Lot data is kept on file and shared on request.
