200 × 200 × 400 mm Insulated Block (60 mm EPS, 8″)
200 mm wall: two concrete shells around a 60 mm EPS core. The thinner insulated option — pick it when floor plans cannot give up wall thickness.

Pick the 8″ when the floor plan or structural depth caps wall thickness at 200 mm. Both blocks use the same 60 mm EPS core — the 10″ adds 50 mm of extra concrete (thicker shells), which means more thermal mass and lower assembly U-value, but only if your wall layout has the room.
